2. Recruiting letter: We composed a letter to the NEASIST membership in an effort to recruit new members to the program committee and the open positions on the executive board. This letter will be sent to the board and all members of the program committee for comment and suggestions. We hope to get this letter out to NEASIST members ASAP.
3. NEASIS-L: It has recently come to our attention that we thought ASIST national was automatically adding new members to NEASIS-L. This is not the case. Margret Branschofsky (the membership chair) has now provided a list of the current members with their email addresses - we will compare this list to who is on NEASIST-L and then send those who are not on the list an invitation to join. From now on, when Margret sends new members a welcome email, she will invite them to join the list.
